As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Onyx Capital, Cutting Edge Management functions as the internal property advisory and consulting arm responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the entire Onyx portfolio. In addition, Cutting Edge extends its professional advisory services to properties outside the Onyx portfolio in the South Central Pennsylvania region. Recognizing a notable gap in property management practices in the region, Cutting Edge adopts a proactive approach. This involves regular site visits, encompassing both interior and exterior walkthroughs, to identify and address current or anticipated maintenance needs. The advisory team also maintains direct engagement with tenants, going beyond facilitating rent collection to ensure tenant satisfaction with their rented spaces. Additionally, consistent communication with property owners is upheld, providing regular updates on both property status and the well-being of each respective tenant. From coordinating leasing and repairs to consulting on comprehensive renovations, Cutting Edge offers a diverse range of advisory services aimed at ensuring that properties under its care remain occupied, well-maintained, current on rent, and optimized for the highest possible cash flow to benefit the respective asset owners.
