What commenced as discussions on shared financial goals during monthly training sessions with the Pennsylvania National Guard has evolved into a dynamic partnership. This collaboration amalgamates over 15 years of hands-on experience in real estate operations with over a decade of expertise in financial services. Together, we've established a real estate investment firm exclusively financed through private equity. Our aim is to cater to individuals with investment and passive income mindsets, transcending income levels and net worth. Our mission is to democratize real estate investment, making it accessible to everyone, not just the ultra high-net worth individuals.

The real estate landscape in South Central Pennsylvania, spanning residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors, is strategically positioned at the core of the burgeoning e-commerce industry, particularly in warehousing and distribution. As commercial and industrial development in the region continues to surge, so do opportunities for the local population, sparking the demand for single-family homes, multi-family apartments, and commercial properties like strip malls to meet the needs of the expanding community. Brand names, including some of the largest public companies in the world, only recently began expanding into the markets Onyx focuses on. Onyx intends to scale alongside all the new commercial and industrial opportunities that are promoting better and higher paying jobs for the growing rental market in the region.
