Investment Process:
Day 1: Review the offering memorandum detailing the property, business plan, and return profile.
Day 10: Provide commitment to invest in the property and sign investor documents safeguarding your investment.
Day 20: Initiate the transfer to the operating company acquiring the property.
Day 21+: Receive quarterly updates, including a summary of Onyx Capital's achievements in the previous quarter, individual deal-level updates for each investment, and a summary of distributions from each property during that period. This simplified process allows passive investors to benefit from real estate ownership with minimal involvement after the initial commitment.
